Own the technical depth of customer engagements across DLP, ONE SSE and Insider Risk. You will be the engineer customers ask for by name.
What you'll do
  • Design, deploy and tune Forcepoint DLP, ONE SSE and Insider Risk for APAC enterprises.
  • Lead PolicyForge engagements — corpus crawls, rule consolidation, peer reviews.
  • Stay close to customers end-to-end — from first scoping call through go-live, then own the tickets, escalations and incident response when things break.
  • Mentor junior engineers and run incident retros that produce real fixes.
  • Co-author the field guides and case studies the rest of the team ships from.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in data security, with deep Forcepoint DLP or ONE SSE production experience.
  • Comfortable in a customer's console at 2am the week before a regulatory audit.
  • Forcepoint FCSE / FCSP certification a plus — we'll fund the rest.
  • Familiar with PDPA Malaysia, MAS-TRM, BNM RMiT or DPDP India.
